You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users or the platform.
3. Listings and content you submit
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you submit (including descriptions, images, prices, and contact details). You must have the right to advertise the property and to use any media you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, adapt format for technical reasons, and promote your listings in connection with the Service.
Platform rules (such as location-first URLs, address and exclusivity policies, and moderation workflows) form part of your agreement when you submit or publish listings. We may refuse, edit, unpublish, or remove content that is misleading, unlawful, infringing, or inconsistent with our policies.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to mislead users.
- Attempt to scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service or circumvent access controls.
- Upload malware or content that infringes third-party rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lokacija.net and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service shall be limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim (if any), or fifty euros (€50), whichever is greater, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lokacija.net and its team against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
